3ply Natural Horizontal Bamboo Plywood Panels
Natural color is achieved by boiling with H2O2 in hot water, a process to bleach and remove sugar, starch from the bamboo. Unlike caramel,
which is a warm tone, natural color is more white, and has a cool feeling.
Horizontal grain shows the knots of bamboo, just like the knuckles on our hand, horizontal bamboo is made by using wider bamboo strips
laminated together to form a board, all the bamboo strips used are in the width of 21mm to 21,6mm. whereas vertical grain shows narrower
bamboo strips, and width of strips ranging from 5mm to 6.8mm.
Bamboo panel has a large range of applications, including furniture, cabinetry, paneling, suitable for all types of interior projects like ceiling,
wall paneling, door frames, window frames, bedroom furniture, kitchen countertop etc.
All our bamboo panels come in unfinished, with 180 grit sanding, perfectly smooth on both sides, it is a ready to use material. You as the artist,
can lacquer, oil or stain the bamboo in any colors as you wish. Bamboo is easy to cut and mill, works well with most carpenter tools.
